It's not a firm foam like cleanser bubbles, but rather a lightweight, slightly runny foam with added moisture from the toner. The foam is on the thinner side, so if you use too much, it can slowly drip down. It's best to spread and apply it quickly. The toner feels smooth and hydrating on the skin. After it's fully absorbed, the finish reminds me of using a sebum-controlling toner. When used with a cotton pad, it leaves the skin feeling slightly more matte and smooth.
ConsIt doesn't provide an extremely hydrating finish, so relying on this alone for moisture might be a bit challenging. While I'm not sure how it would work for those with oily skin types, as someone with combination skin, I felt the need to quickly apply additional skincare products after using this. When using it with a cotton pad, the bubbles don't dissipate too quickly, so you need to saturate the pad with the bubble toner for effective use. Otherwise, it feels like the Dalba toner bubbles just sit on top of the skin without any cleansing sensation. The product seems to run out quickly, and I didn't find it particularly satisfying, so I wouldn't want to repurchase it.
