It's not exactly powdery dry. Despite being a balm, it feels moisturizing when applied. I'm not sure about its sweat-suppressing abilities, but as for the odor... It's truly satisfying!!!

I've been using this consistently because of its great ingredients. I'm really satisfied with it. I even recommended it to someone I know whose son was struggling with underarm odor.
