There was a slight oiliness, and I got one pimple. I'll have to use just a little bit.

It provides good moisture for quite a long time, with high absorption. There is no greasy feeling, so it seems particularly good for winter.

There's a slight stinging sensation around the eye area. But it doesn't cause redness or anything. It's expensive and the purchase channels are limited to Sephora and direct import, which is disappointing.

The scent is very natural and healing. I've been using it in the morning as well, as it contains bakuchiol as a retinol alternative. It's definitely less irritating than retinol. It's a cream-lotion hybrid texture that applies moisturizing yet finishes with a refreshing feel. (For reference, it's a neutral pH formula)

The only downside I can think of is the high price point.. but the results are amazing!

I was a little worried since this was my first time using a retinol product, but I was so happy to find that it worked really well for me! The texture and absorption are both great! Since it contains squalane oil, it felt very moisturizing. When I apply it in the evening and wake up in the morning, my skin feels so soft and smooth :) I didn't experience any breakouts, but for those who are sensitive to retinol, I'd recommend doing a patch test first before using it.
