Pros
To be honest, I'm not sure what exactly made it dramatically better, but once I start using it, I just keep using it. I started using it because I heard the ingredients are gentle, and I can trust that even pregnant women can use it. Every time I use it, I feel incredibly refreshed and moisturized. I use two sheets every morning and evening. After toning, I wipe my face with it to remove any residue. There's nothing better than this for skin care.
Cons
Since I use around 4 sheets a day, I go through them pretty quickly. The price point is a bit burdensome for such frequent use, so I stock up when there are group buys. If the price point was adjusted, it would be unbeatable.

Dry and sensitive It's moisturizing and not irritating, so I've been using it for several bottles.

Pros
It's really moisturizing. I use it as a skin toner substitute, and since I have dehydrated skin, I fill the toner, ampoule, and essence steps with lots of moisture. Toners are really important for my skin type, and this one is moisturizing enough to be used as a skin toner substitute, which I like. The ingredients are all green-rated, so the formula is gentle and good, and it's great for lightly exfoliating and refining the skin.
Cons
The case is inconvenient. There's no separate space to store the tweezers, so I have to cut the spatula in half and place it on top, but if I shake the container the wrong way, the tweezers can fall inside. And with the narrow opening, if I've used a lot of pads, I have to stick my fingers in to grab the ones at the bottom. It would be better if the lid had a dual-layer design with a space to store the tweezers. Also, the lid doesn't seal completely, and there's a slight gap, so it's not the most hygienic for storage. I'd prefer a twist-type lid with a built-in tweezers storage space.
Tip
Be sure to flip and shake it well before first use. The essence can settle at the bottom, so the top might feel a bit dry. Use it with the essence thoroughly coated, and it will be really moisturizing. You won't see as strong of an effect as a regular peeling product. The milder the effect, the gentler the formula. Since this is a daily-use product, you can use it every day. If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend using it only in the evening to remove makeup, not morning and night. The uneven, bumpy areas are great for removing makeup residue and exfoliating. The smooth side is good for using as a regular toner. I like to swipe it over my face and down to my neck after using it, and it leaves my neck feeling nice and moisturized too. I also sometimes use it instead of my morning cleanse, but I don't recommend doing that daily - maybe a few times a week. Oil and sebum might not get fully removed that way. But doing it occasionally leaves my skin feeling wonderfully moisturized, and it's really helped with my dry eye area.

This is great for using as a morning and evening toner. I tend to break out easily if a product doesn't suit me, but this one works well and feels gentle. My makeup also seems to apply better in the mornings, and the pads are nice and wide. I've continued purchasing and using this product!
