For oily and acne-prone skin types, you can likely use this cream right after toner or essence without any additional layering. Just be sure to gently pat it in.

It has a significant whitening effect. There doesn't seem to be any ingredients that help with tone-up, so it just leaves the skin looking very pale. Even though I have a fair complexion, it feels a bit overwhelming how white it makes my skin look.

The fragrance is not artificial, but rather a sweet and refreshing aroma like orange oil (which I now see is an ingredient). The creamy texture has decent spreadability and does not leave the skin feeling dry. For oily skin types, it may feel a bit sticky and stuffy when the basic skincare routine is thorough, but for dry skin, it should feel very moisturizing. I did not experience any breakouts or worsening of issues, and over time the stickiness subsides, leaving the skin feeling comfortable.

When cleansing, you need a bit of physical exfoliation. I either wipe it off with a toner-soaked cotton pad or do a light water cleanse followed by towel drying (just a gentle pat!), and then do a second cleanse.

While some products claim to be moisturizing mineral sunscreens, the level of moisture in this one is on a different level. Even before the mineral sunscreen trend, I was using this and didn't understand why people said mineral sunscreens were drying, until I tried other products and was shocked...
That cement-like dryness... This one is truly moisturizing, even if you just apply it lightly. (For those who want even more moisture, you can layer it with a moisturizer.) Personally, I like the white cast since I don't wear much makeup, and it gives a bright, pretty finish. However, it doesn't last very long, and after 5-6 hours, it looks like bare skin again. But it's still better than looking completely bare-faced.
Anyway, this is a product I've used for a very long time and highly recommend! Even when I was suffering from contact dermatitis and folliculitis and couldn't go to work for a month, this was there for me. 
Oh, and the scent is really nice too! Citrusy!
