Pros
So far, I've used more than 10 bottles of this product. My skin is oily (probably combination)/acne-prone. To be honest, I didn't know it was that good when I first used it. Because using this doesn't dramatically eliminate all my blemishes, nor does it completely recharge my skin with moisture. ✨✨But after using it consistently and then using other products when visiting friends or traveling, I realized the significance of this product...From then on, whenever I went to the duty-free shop, I would empty my wallet to buy at least two big bottles...💸💸 👍 Pros: 1. 💛There's a reason why famous products are famous💛 It seems to have moisture, but it's not overly oily. I usually prefer lightweight toners, so I just used ones that help refine the skin texture. But this one is so famous that I decided to try it out. Even though I have dry skin, in the summer when I'm in a hurry, just a quick application of this toner is enough to prevent my face from feeling tight. But it doesn't make my face look greasy either, so I'm really satisfied with it. I didn't experience any breakouts or issues after using this. A lot of people say it's expensive, but I just use it once in the morning and once in the evening, and since I apply it with a cotton pad, I don't feel like I'm using a lot each time. And sometimes Sephora has sales, so when that happens, I stock up and buy around 3 bottles at a time! I feel like it's worth the investment for my skin. I used to be a 'skin care nomad', trying all kinds of different toners, but I think I've found my match with this one!
Cons
After using it for over a third of the bottle, I noticed some flower petals coming out. I left them be, and they ended up hardening and turning brown around the opening. From then on, I make sure to wipe off any flower petals around the opening right away. Other than that, I don't really see any downsides.
Tip
I use this as my second toner. The first one I use has a slight peeling effect and isn't as hydrating, so it helps refine my skin texture. Then I apply this toner by patting it on with a cotton pad, and my face feels so moisturized afterwards.

The 7-skin method and skin packs seem suitable! I get a lot of the feeling of smoothing the texture, and I don't like the sticky feeling, but this has a watery formulation that absorbs quickly, which is great.
Cons
After applying, it dries too quickly, so if you don't apply the next serum step soon enough, the tightness is too severe. :( And I bought the large size to use, but the lid breaks too easily. ㅠㅠ

Pros
I've always struggled with sensitive skin and breakouts, but since using this product, I've felt a real sense of stability. I've been using it for a few years now. I've tried other products in between, but I always end up coming back to Kiehl's. However, I don't seem to get along with other Kiehl's products as well. This particular one just seems to work perfectly for me.

It certainly calms down If you apply a generous amount of makeup and leave it on The redness will subside I'm using it well

The price is quite expensive... The store staff member told me not to throw away the flower petals later and to leave them on the skin when calming down but the amount of flower petals is small and if you leave them on, they will fall off and the flower petals will dry up quickly and that's regrettable
