There's not really any downside, but if I had to nitpick, the package design is a bit outdated? Haha.

Skin with rough and uneven texture. It seems like I've been using this product close to the heat source. My acne has also improved, which is great.

It applies lightly, which is nice, but I still feel like my skin isn't perfectly hydrated.

I've seen a lot of calming effects on my acne from using Acropass products.
The scars also seem to have faded, which is great.

I wouldn't say there are many downsides, but if I had to point out a few:
The packaging is glass, so it's heavier than expected.
However, I'd rather have it in a glass container that preserves the formula, even if it means it's a bit heavier.
The height is quite low, so I thought it would be easy to carry, but it's 'surprisingly' heavy.

There was a time when I was using this along with the Amore Pacific Jang Soo Jin cream, and both were quite heavy.

I originally came across the Acropass needle patch, but somehow ended up with this serum and started using it. To my surprise, I was extremely satisfied with this product!!
 
📌First, when my skin starts to feel a bit dry and irritated, almost like it's going to turn inside out, applying this seems to have a soothing effect.
📌It seems to be a calming product, similar to those for acne (though I'm not entirely sure), so I felt comfortable using it without worry. And I've actually never had any breakouts while using this.
📌This is a product I find myself reaching for often without any particular reason. It's just easy to use, absorbs well, and has a nice, smooth application.
📌The pump dispenser allows for easy control of the amount used.
📌It seems to provide a bit of moisturization as well.
📌At around 30,000 won for 30ml, if there are good discounts, I would consider repurchasing.

It was a serum that I used when my skin was dry and I sometimes had breakouts, and while it was more moisturizing than not using it, the dryness did not go away completely :(

The price seems a bit high compared to the amount. It feels a bit sticky if I apply it twice or more...

If they had just left out the fragrance, it would have been truly great! It has an artificial rose scent, which isn't terribly unpleasant, but it would have been better without it. If they had just removed the fragrance, it would have been absolutely fantastic...

I purchased and used it at an affordable price from Lohbs, and I'm very satisfied! It was the most satisfying texture among all the serums I've used so far. It had the perfect texture - moisturizing yet not greasy or sticky, which I think dry-skinned people would love. It was easy to apply lightly. After application, it effectively calmed any redness, so I reached for it often. The pump packaging was more convenient to use than a dropper. The gentle formula was non-irritating to my skin, which I really loved 😘 I've already finished one bottle and am considering buying another one!

I highly recommend using this if you have sensitive, dehydrated skin.

The only downside is that it gets used up quite quickly. Considering the product volume, I found myself running out of it within a few weeks.

During the winter, my skin becomes very sensitive and dehydrated. But when I apply the Relief Serum, it absorbs into my skin without any stickiness, leaving it feeling moisturized for a long time. It helps balance my oil and moisture levels, and with consistent use, my dehydration issues have improved significantly.

The only downside is that I think it might not work as well for dry skin. I have combination skin.

After using it, I felt a moisturizing effect, and even though I haven't used it for long, it seems to suit my sensitive skin well! There were no breakouts either.

It's great because it's non-irritating, oil-free, and only provides the necessary amount of moisture!
I'm on my second purchase..

It makes my skin feel plump and smooth, so it's great to use before applying makeup. And if you layer it on a few times, it gives your skin a bouncy, glowing look (a dewy glow, not an oily one).

Everything else is good, but since I have sensitive skin, I'm hesitant about products with added fragrances. I'm not sure why they needed to include fragrance.

Lately, due to wearing masks, my skin has become sensitive with redness and breakouts, so I tried this product. As soon as I applied it, it calmed my skin's heat and I was satisfied. It was also excellent at hydrating, so I'm very pleased.

1. Dryness
This single step was not enough. While it may work well for oily skin types, as someone with dry skin, I found it quite lacking. That's why I experienced quite a bit of dryness. ㅠㅅㅠ

2. Not as Effective as Advertised
Honestly, based on the ingredients, I had high expectations for this product, but it wasn't as effective as the advertisements claimed. ㅠㅠ There are a lot of good ingredients, but the acne-soothing effect was almost non-existent, and it wasn't as hydrating as I had hoped. Since I had high expectations, I was a bit disappointed in this aspect.

This serum does not contain any harmful ingredients and all the ingredients suit me well! The serum's ingredients are mostly focused on soothing and hydration, and I think these ingredients would be suitable for most skin types without any issues.

2. Soothing
I saw the most effect in terms of reducing redness compared to other products. It may not seem extremely soothing, but my skin felt comfortable after applying this serum.🙂
