I'm writing this review in hopes that this product never gets discontinued. This is the best cleansing emulsion out there. It's low in oil, so there's no need to wipe it off with a tissue. With just water, it leaves almost no residue, and it meets all the criteria for a cleansing emulsion (milk) with above-average cleansing power. For first-step cleansing: Cleansing oils/balms: Even with good emulsification, I always get a pimple or two. Cleansing gels: Nice and light, but the cleansing power is a bit weak. Cleansing waters: Surprisingly good cleansing power, but continuous use of cotton pads irritates my sensitive skin (foam dispensers seem even less effective while still causing sensitivity). That's why I've been looking for a low-oil cleansing milk/emulsion type, but it's surprisingly hard to find. (Department stores/drug store brands/road shops/online brands) I've tried countless products, but even when reviews claim a clean finish, they're still too oily for my standards... The cleanest finish I remember was from a Sisley cleansing emulsion sample I tried 10 years ago, but the price was an issue... The ISANOX Turn-Over is a gel+emulsion type, so it's not exactly like Sisley, but I'm extremely satisfied with its clean finish. I've finally found my ideal first-step cleanser. It was harder to find because it's not well-known, but it's a product I want to use for life. The price and packaging are also good. It's not too expensive, so I hope you'll try it at least once, and I hope they market it more aggressively so it never gets discontinued! If I really, really have to pick something: the scent. It's like a mix of flowers and cucumber? I'd prefer if the cucumber scent was toned down a bit, but that's just my personal preference - it's not an off-putting scent. And honestly, who cares about the scent... With this kind of performance, I'd use it no matter what. Availability: There are too few places selling it... Please market it more actively. You absolutely must not discontinue this! - jy*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2023
The cleansing effectiveness is remarkably better than other products. It removes makeup well without causing irritation. I'm worried it might be discontinued as it's not widely available. I really hope they keep producing it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 4, 2021
I don't understand why this doesn't have more reviews... The cleansing effectiveness is great, even dissolving mascara when you rub it. Although it's in the same category, it's a much more hydrating emulsion type compared to milky products like Bioderma. You can gently remove makeup without much irritation by pumping a few times and massaging it all over your face! I'm concerned about blemishes, but this seems to care for my skin well. The price is a bit steep, but my mom uses it, so I'm using it too, haha! The price is a bit burdensome, and the ingredients are slightly disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2019
The texture is similar to a gel-type emulsion. Great cleansing effectiveness! It removed waterproof eyeliner and tint. However, using cotton pads can be rough and irritating, so it's best to thoroughly cleanse with your hands and follow up with a cleansing foam for a second wash. It's gentle on the eyes, which is a plus. It also helps with dead skin cell removal! The finish is much more hydrating than oil, cream, or water cleansers. Unlike others that left my skin feeling tight after rinsing, this product didn't, which I loved. It left my skin texture smooth after cleansing, and the next day, my makeup applied beautifully without emphasizing any flakiness. While massaging with fingers was gentle, areas not reached by my fingers weren't cleaned properly. When I tried using a cotton pad, it was too harsh on my skin. After rinsing, my face became red and irritated. Secondly, you end up using a lot of the cleansing emulsion. As you massage it in, it becomes tacky at some point, so you need to use more product to continue cleansing effectively. Lastly, at 22,000 won for 180ml, it's a bit on the pricey side.
