Pros
Since my skin tone is quite fair, I tend to just apply this lake directly to my face. The color really comes out beautifully. Later on, it feels like it just seamlessly blends into my skin.
Cons
But ever since I started using this, my skin has been itchy and irritated. I was wondering what was going on, and then one morning after cleansing at night, I started noticing some clear breakouts. Pros
The product matched well with my bright skin and had very little oiliness, making it suitable for oily skin. It was not overly drying either. The standout features were the excellent lasting power and adherence of the makeup.
Cons
There were no major downsides. I'm not a big fan of fragranced products, but this one only had a subtle skincare-like scent, which was fine. The only minor issue was that it could sometimes look a bit uneven if I didn't apply the base properly.

Pros
I really enjoy using this product! Even though it's a fast-absorbing type, I like the semi-matte finish. It applies thinly and feels moisturizing without leaving any residue. It adheres nicely to the skin and makes my face feel lightweight.
Cons
I used to use the v02 version, but I found that the coverage was too natural-looking for my liking. So I upgraded to the A version, which is a shade brighter. If you prefer a more luminous look, I'd recommend going up a shade.
Tip
You can also mix it with a damp sponge to create a dewy, hydrated look when applying it with foundation. Works great!

Pros
✔️ The biggest advantage is adhesion and coverage! I mainly use a puff to spread it, and it applies very thinly while adhering closely to the skin. After makeup, there is almost no transfer when touching with your hands, and it feels as smooth as if you haven't applied anything. The skin feels light. And the coverage is superior compared to other brands. It can cover most blemishes.
Cons
✔️ The downside is blemishes and darkening! I was surprised by the red blemishes that popped up, as if I had sensitive skin. I switched from Espoir to VDL, but the blemishes were even worse than with Espoir, so I had to stop using it. And the breakdown is really not great! It's not that kind of feeling, but the breakdown isn't pretty either. There is some darkening, so the face becomes dull over time.

Pros
It has a nice glide and blends beautifully on my combination skin. It doesn't emphasize dryness or flakiness, and the lasting power is great. Most importantly, when I use a cushion foundation on top, it doesn't separate or look unnatural - they work seamlessly together. The color is also very pretty.
Cons
It's more on the matte side rather than hydrating, so it may be difficult for dry skin types to use. I would recommend it for combination skin.
Tip
I suggest applying it with a puff and layering it lightly after using a concealer.
