Pros
The subtle notes of basil and lime come through nicely as the top notes! It's great!

Pros
At first, it has a really captivating scent, which seems to be the reason for its popularity. As a fragrance enthusiast, choosing a perfume is a really difficult task for me. To give you an idea, when I go to buy a perfume, going to the department store and trying out scent strips is just the bare minimum. I'll go there, hold the scent strips, and spend hours (I have to smell the top, middle, and base notes) closing my eyes and taking deep breaths while testing them. I do this once a week or even once a month, and if I still love the scent consistently, I'll buy it. The criteria I use to choose a fragrance are: it shouldn't be overpowering, it should be natural and comfortable, and yet it should have a unique character. Cheap perfumes tend to have a more artificial, air freshener-like feel. Interestingly, I don't necessarily buy famous or popular perfumes (in fact, I often don't even know what's popular when I go shopping, and the brands I'm interested in aren't always that well-known). But strangely, the perfumes I end up liking often turn out to be popular items.
Cons
I bought this and barely used it before reselling it as secondhand. I really don't want to recommend this one, haha. But I think that as long as the fragrance suits the person, it can be good. One time I was on a bus during the summer, and this overpowering scent suddenly hit me... (As a fragrance enthusiast, I immediately recognized it) It was so unpleasant that I felt like I was going to throw up.

I'm quite fond of strong scents, so this is a perfume I really enjoy. The neutral fragrance makes it easy for a couple to share the same scent. On hot days, it gives a refreshing, cool feeling when applied. You can purchase it at duty-free stores during sales for a very affordable price, comparable to department store perfumes. The tall, slim design makes it convenient to carry in a pouch.
Cons
The initial scent is quite strong, so using too much can be overpowering. But if you use too little, the fragrance dissipates too quickly. The scent and its longevity are both problematic, so it's not really suitable for wearing in the winter.

Pros
It has a rather unique scent, doesn't it? Since it's not a fragrance I've experienced before, I think it would make a great signature scent.
Cons
It smells like a men's cologne... I bought it because Diptyque is famous, but the scent is incredibly strong. When other people wear it, it's incredibly alluring, urban, and nice, but when I wear it, the fragrance lingers around my nose all day long... It's a bit hard to get used to.
Tip
Because it's so strong, I spray it generously on my hands instead of my wrists. That way, the fragrance seems to come through just right.

Pros
The process of finding a fragrance that suits you seems to be where Cologne by Jo Malone shines. The fresh, basil scent was so well-received that even opposite-sex/same-sex friends asked about the name.
Cons
The biggest downside of Jo Malone seems to be the longevity of the fragrance. Since the scent is so natural, it doesn't last very long, and later it can become muddled with your skin's natural odor and the surrounding environment.

I was so happy to receive the gift. Since they said it's the perfume that celebrity actresses Shin Min-ah and Hwang Jung-eum like, I had high expectations. The case and the bottle design are also simple, which is the style I prefer~!
Cons
As expected, if the perfume doesn't match your personal preference, you just can't use it at all.. The scent was not at all what I had imagined. I could detect notes of lime and basil, but the overall combination of the fragrance was just not my cup of tea. It reminded me exactly of the lotion my late uncle used to use. The moment I smelled it, my uncle was instantly summoned in my mind! In short, it had the kind of scent that an middle-aged uncle would wear. I feel bad about it, and I'm not sure if my sense of smell is just outdated, but even when I tried spraying it on my pillow before bed, the fragrance just didn't appeal to me at all. The pretty bottle is still sitting on my vanity, untouched.
