At first, it's best to roll it on without water to remove makeup, then add a small amount of water to create a lather for the final cleanse.

There's a slightly slippery feeling even after rinsing completely, but you get used to it. I've heard that a squeaky clean feeling is actually not good for your skin.

Rolling it on removes makeup thoroughly, and I used to have to apply emulsion right after cleansing, but now there's enough moisture left that I don't need to rush to apply emulsion anymore.

The volume isn't very generous. Among cleansing oils, the cost-effectiveness isn't great, but the product performance is good, so I can't use anything else.

After cleansing with a foam cleanser and a mild soap, I tried this product as recommended, and it's definitely less irritating. There's no eye stinging or discomfort, so I'm much less worried about skin irritation.

At first, I would apply the product directly to my made-up face without water and massage it in until the makeup dissolved, then rinse. But then I found that if I pump the product and work it into a lather first before cleansing, it gets my face much cleaner and leaves my skin feeling lighter.

I don't really have any complaints yet. I'll keep using it and see if I find anything.

This is the best facial cleanser I've ever used! Even my husband started using it and asked me to buy him his own. I used a cleansing cream and double cleansed, but this one is enough - it's so convenient. It's smooth and supple, and it really protects my skin barrier, which is just perfect.

It removes everything in one quick, easy step, and my skin is left feeling so smooth and supple afterwards. I can't stop touching my face, it's amazing! I wonder why I didn't find this sooner!

It's moisturizing, but it doesn't leave a residue when I wipe it off with a skin toner, so it cleans thoroughly.
