While it might be because my current Holika Soda Cleansing Oil and LG's pink bubble foam have terrible cleansing power, this is still the best cleansing product I've ever used!!! You might not even need a separate lip and eye makeup remover..? Plus, it comes in a large quantity and it's gentle on the skin. I didn't find the bottle cap inconvenient at all, despite what others have said..! It feels similar overall to Etude's micellar water and Uniclub's cleansing water. It's not bad at all..! But as a cleansing product enthusiast, I'm always tempted to try new things, so I hesitate to repurchase any cleansing product. I want to try the latest and hottest cleansing products - not just water, but oils, foams, gels, bubbles, scrubs, and more. However, if I had to choose among cleansing waters, I'd buy this Uniclub Mild Cleansing Water again!!!
ConsWell.. there's nothing particularly bad.. The reason I took off one star is because it's not so amazing that I'd say 'Wow, this is so good, I must buy it again!!!' It's just... neither disappointing nor extremely great. It's not an extreme praise, so it's not 5 stars. They say you don't need a second cleanse after this, but it leaves a slight feeling on your skin, similar to applying toner or skin. So when you rinse with water, it feels a bit slippery. That feeling can be a bit uncomfortable, and honestly, I'm not sure if it thoroughly cleanses down to the pores with just cleansing water on a cotton pad. Rather than worrying about blemishes from not doing a second cleanse, I always follow up with a foam cleanser! Maybe that's why I haven't had any blemishes at all! It removes eye liner, mascara, and glitter much better than the cleansing oils I used before, which is great. However, I have dry skin, and if I don't do proper skincare even for a day, it's a disaster... I get deep dryness, surface dryness, cracking, and visible dead skin cells. If I just use the cleansing water without any follow-up skincare or water rinse, my skin becomes dry within 1-2 minutes..! So I always do a second cleanse and thorough skincare routine. While water is more refreshing and clean-feeling than oil, it's inevitable that the skin dries out faster as the moisture evaporates..
Tip1st Cleansing water (for point makeup + skin) -> 2nd Cleansing oil/foam (for skin + blackhead/whitehead care) -> Finish with mist + emulsion + cream or ampoule! For those with sensitive skin, I recommend a very gentle, slightly acidic foam cleanser for the second cleanse, or just water! Or finish with Doctorlo...!!! If you just end with cleansing water like in the ads, you might end up super dry. When I got lazy and did that, my skin became a desert.. Make sure to pay attention to your basic skincare routine!
