The downside is that the product volume is too small and it's quite expensive. While the ampoule is good for thickening hair and adding strength, it leaves a slightly sticky or stiff feeling after application.

I've been using the shampoo, treatment, and ampoule together since last September. It works well for both my oily-skinned daughter and my dry skin. A little goes a long way with great lather. It cleanses the scalp thoroughly, and the treatment has a lovely scent. I started using the ampoule because my hairline was thinning, and it seems to be giving my hair more strength.
