It's not at all cakey, but rather nice. It's runny, but applies thinly and smoothly with just a swipe of the hand. I switched from a tone-up cream to this foundation because the tone-up cream had poor adherence, and I actually like this a lot better. Many tone-up creams and BB creams can look dark, but this one brightens the complexion beautifully. It's silky, and doesn't feel dry at all. After it's fully absorbed, there's hardly any transfer onto the mask.
Cons
If you're expecting a typical foundation, you'll be extremely disappointed. The coverage is almost non-existent.
Tip
You can just quickly dab it on with your fingers in the morning and be good to go.

I was worried about the liquid form, but I really like it~ The color seems bright like 13, but the 21 also matched me well. When I apply this, my face becomes so bright and radiant, and I feel so good about it ㅎㅎ It has a nice matte yet moisturizing feel, and my face feels so light after application. I personally recommend this, but it's a shame it's not well known ㅜㅜ I bought it cheaply on Coupang!
Cons
Since it's a liquid formula, it tends to flow out a bit when I dispense it. The pumping action is a bit stiff.
