  Pros

  The aurora-like appearance of the packaging makes you want to own it right away. When applied, it gives quite a brightening effect. However, it was too light for my shade 23 skin. Initially, the fluid texture applies smoothly as the name suggests, but it quickly dries to a powdery finish. It seems perfect for smooth skin without dead skin cells, fair skin tones (21-13), and dry or combination dehydrated skin types that don't need additional powder for a beautiful brightening effect.

  Cons

  This is an extremely challenging base to apply. You need to use very small amounts and apply it gradually to different areas because it dries quickly. It's likely only applicable with fingers. I use my ring finger to apply tiny dots to specific areas. If you apply it all at once, it dries up and causes problems. Even while applying, it can pill like dead skin. Due to all these issues, if you haven't exfoliated properly, you might end up with a flaky, textured appearance. The scent is reminiscent of Clean & Clear - not pleasant. On shade 23 skin, it looks a bit ashy. It feels somewhat suffocating and causes itchiness. In conclusion, I'm not inclined to reach for this product often.

  Tip

  It pairs well with Make P:rem's moisturizer. It reduces the appearance of texture, applies smoothly without clumping. Seems to work well with silicone-based moisturizers.
