The scent is absolutely delightful and I'm really impressed with its cleansing effectiveness. I definitely plan to purchase it again. My hair gets greasy quickly, and the fragrance is a bit strong when showering, to the point where it makes my nose slightly uncomfortable. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 10, 2022
The fragrance lingers beautifully in your hair, making you want to keep smelling it. The scent is absolutely delightful, and it lathers up just right. While there's not really anything to complain about, if you use too much shampoo, the scent can become overpowering. It's best to use it in moderation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 30, 2021
Being sensitive to fragrances, I was on the hunt for a pleasantly scented shampoo. Many people highly recommended the Milk Baobab shampoo for its wonderful scent, so I decided to give it a try. I chose the baby powder scent as it's my favorite... However, instead of a subtle, pleasant baby powder fragrance, the scent is incredibly strong - to the point where it gives me a headache all day long. I must admit, the intensity and longevity of the fragrance are no joke! I usually don't make mistakes when choosing scents, but even after using it for over two weeks, I'm not getting used to it. The bottle is larger than other shampoos with a generous amount of product, so it's not running out quickly. I wish it would finish sooner - I wonder when I'll finally use it all up. The baby powder scent is so overpowering that even my friends comment on how unpleasant it is when we meet. It's the first time in my life I've been told I smell bad... It's heartbreaking. After washing my hair, the scent gives me a headache all day long. Surprisingly, it even made my hair feel dry and rough. I rarely feel this way, but I'm genuinely upset. I've learned my lesson about trusting others' recommendations blindly. It seems impossible to continue using this, so I plan to discard it and switch to a different shampoo. The fragrance longevity is impressive, but that's about all I can say for certain. The scent was overpowering, and I don't think it was particularly beneficial for scalp health. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinAug 25, 2020
The only positive thing I can say is that the shampoo bottle looks pretty. The scent is way too strong. Even though I usually like baby powder fragrances, this one is just too much. The cleansing effectiveness is also disappointing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJul 16, 2020
I previously loved the rose scent of Milk Baobab Sensitive, but was disappointed by its longevity. So I searched for other shampoos from this brand and bought this one after seeing numerous reviews praising its pleasant fragrance and long-lasting scent. As always, I purchased the matching shampoo and treatment with the same scent. There are no advantages. Truly none. It ranks among the worst shampoos I've ever used. 1. Scent: The reviews about the long-lasting fragrance were true. As soon as you squeeze out the shampoo, you're hit with an overpowering, nose-stinging baby powder scent that's so strong it's suffocating. No wonder it lasts so long. The scent is unbearably potent throughout the entire hair washing process. The treatment has an equally overwhelming fragrance. I'm not even sure if it's a good baby powder scent - it's just intense. It's potent with a cloying undertone. The strong, sickly sweet scent lingers in the bathroom long after you've finished showering. I thought it might improve once my hair dried, but when I turned on the hair dryer, the scent intensified. Even after enduring the discomfort and fully drying my hair, the smell persisted. The fragrance was truly unbearable. 2. Cleansing effectiveness: It feels like they've just doused it in perfume to mask everything with the overpowering scent, as the cleansing power was subpar. It genuinely felt like I had dipped my hair in perfume and let it dry - very unsatisfying. After using it for a few days, I developed dandruff. More precisely, dead skin cells started flaking from my scalp. What's worse, I wasn't the only one - my sibling also developed dandruff. This happened even though no one in our household had ever had dandruff before. Fortunately, all symptoms disappeared as soon as we stopped using the shampoo and treatment. If you're curious about what a truly suffocating scent is like... well... this is it... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 12, 2020
I like it. The fragrance is nice. Actually, the fragrance is the only good thing about it, haha! It makes my hair way too stiff, and the scent is overwhelmingly strong. So disappointing! - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 25, 2020
I bought this because it was said to have a baby scent, and it felt like the shampoo cleansed my scalp thoroughly. After washing, there's a subtle baby fragrance that lingers, which really lifts my mood. When I first applied it to my hair, the scent was overwhelmingly strong... to the point where I had to grimace. However, the fragrance is pleasant after rinsing. Also, it doesn't produce much lather.
