It works best when you spread it on your fingers and apply it only to the scalp, leaving it on for over 20 minutes before washing. However, since it's pricey, you'll need to apply a separate treatment or conditioner to your hair.

As others have mentioned, it's only available for purchase at hair salons and it's really, really, really expensive... That's why I'm using just a pea-sized amount each time.

When I apply it to my scalp twice a week and leave it on for a few minutes, it noticeably reduces itchiness! Honestly, my scalp had been itchy due to stress, but it's improved significantly.
