I can definitely feel my blemishes calming down. That's why I'm using it regularly!
ConsNothing particularly bad, but if I had to say something, while it does soothe the skin, it doesn't make blemishes disappear completely. I'd recommend using it alongside other products.

After wearing it for 8 hours overnight, you can clearly see the blemishes subsiding. I was devastated when it disappeared from Olive Young - it's my holy grail patch! Not only is it affordable, but I could also liberally apply these like a daily mask routine the night before important events, and wake up with zero blemishes. It worked so well! Why on earth did Olive Young stop selling this miracle worker?
ConsThe only downside is that Olive Young no longer carries it. Please, please bring it back!
TipThe key is to apply it on clean, dry skin. On the night before a big day, stick these patches generously on any existing blemishes or areas where you feel they might pop up!

Price I bought 320 patches for a total of 13,000 won at T-O. It's more affordable than the Nexcare product I was using before, so I'm satisfied with the price point. 2. Blemish Soothing When applied to yellow or white blemishes, it was nice to see them calmed down after a few days. 3. Thickness They're extremely thin. If you apply them on bare skin, they're so thin you can hardly tell they're there.
Cons1. Blemish Soothing While yellow and white blemishes did calm down within a few days of application, there was a downside. Whenever I tried to replace the patch because it got dirty, the yellow and white areas would burst easily, often resulting in bleeding. (Though thankfully, even when they burst, they healed well without leaving scars, probably because I didn't touch them with my hands.) Apart from that, it really had no effect. I'm puzzled why it's labeled as an 'early-stage patch'. I used to use Nexca-O products, and I'm planning to go back to those... At least they were properly effective. This one just has a lot of patches, but besides using them to avoid touching your face, they're pretty much useless. 2. Difficult to Remove Previous products I've used either came with a tool for removal or had a thin sheet or film processed for easy removal. However, this product doesn't have either. They're thin but difficult to peel off, and they adhere quite well, so if you're not careful, they easily crumple. I have larger and less dexterous hands than the average woman, so removing them without wrinkling was extremely challenging for me.

I bought 240 patches for 9,500 won at TM, or 160 patches for 6,800 won. Compared to other patches, you get more quantity at a lower price. It's a great value for money. Effectiveness: When applied, it calms the skin quite well and quickly reduces blemishes. Color: It doesn't seem too noticeable, which is good.
ConsThickness: It's thicker than other patches. It's thicker than Olive Young patches and similar to Nexcare, but more effective than Nexcare.
TipI highly recommend it because it offers excellent value for money!

Sometimes, after leaving it on for a while, you might even find the blemish comes out when you remove the patch! If not, no worries - just keep caring for it as usual. I discovered they have patches for both red blemishes and yellow ones. I started with the red blemish patches, loved them so much that I repurchased and got the yellow blemish ones too!
ConsI didn't experience any downsides!
TipThe patches are thin, but don't worry about them falling off - just press them down firmly and they'll stay put for ages! These aren't for using after you've squeezed a blemish, but for helping red blemishes ripen to yellow. There are separate patches for yellow blemishes or post-extraction care!

While it may not have a dramatic effect on pus-filled acne, it's absolutely amazing for inflammatory acne (red and swollen, but without pus) ♡ Three stubborn pimples on my nose that hadn't budged for days noticeably subsided the very next day after applying this patch. Honestly, I usually use drugstore acne patches, and I just bought this on a whim because I didn't want to go downtown. I had no idea it would be this effective! It's truly the best, I'm so impressed ♡♡ Even pus-filled pimples cleared up after 3 days of use, and inflammatory acne disappeared after 2 days. Oh, and when I applied it right after popping a pimple, the scar was significantly lighter the next day. +++ The Skin Dressing Patch and Trouble Dressing Spot Patch are different products! This review is for the Skin Dressing Patch, but some people seem to be talking about the skin-toned Spot Patch. This Skin Dressing Patch is extremely thin and transparent! Please check carefully when purchasing!!! # Concealing Blemishes Personally, one of the main reasons I use patches is that I want to cover up blemishes without applying makeup. Despite being incredibly thin, this patch concealed blemishes even better than the thicker patches from drugstores! Plus, it's barely noticeable when you apply one, and if you feel it's not enough, you can even layer another one on top. It's just so, so good!
ConsThere wasn't a single thing I disliked! I'll be using only these blemish patches from now on.
TipYou need to leave it on for at least 8 hours to see the full effects!

I noticed there wasn't a specific place to review the Trouble Dressing Patch, so I'll combine both reviews here. Hope this helps! ☑ Spot Dressing Patch (thin and transparent): • If changed frequently, it seems to help reduce blemishes a bit! • So thin it's almost invisible! • Lots of patches for a great price! ☑ Trouble Dressing Patch (thicker and yellowish): • Excellent at absorbing spot secretions! • Plenty of patches at a good price! • Works wonders on painful, unripe pimples - helps them come to a head and absorbs well! Both are great products! But I'd recommend the Trouble Dressing Patch over the Spot Dressing Patch.
ConsThe Spot Dressing Patch doesn't seem to soothe as much as I'd hoped. It feels like there's not much difference whether I use it or not. It might work slightly, but I think results may vary for different people. Also, after removing the patch, there's a sticky residue left on the skin that needs to be scrubbed off with water (this isn't a big deal since it washes off). A common issue with both products is that they fall off too easily. The Trouble Dressing Patch, in particular, is very weak against water. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still recommend both products!
