It's moisturizing and glides on smoothly! I have a skin type that's prone to blemishes, but I liked how it helped address that. The fragrance is not unpleasant, and it's not terrible either! This is a basic Houttuynia Cordata water toner. I found that Houttuynia Cordata works well for my skin with small blemishes. I used it comfortably without any issues. I don't have any complaints. I've been using this for a few years now, and it seems great for sensitive skin. It's good as a basic toner, but I always wonder what to layer on top of it. I'd love to just use this toner alone, but it's not quite moisturizing enough. The hydration doesn't last as long as I'd like. While the toner itself is nice, it's still quite drying. So you need to apply something on top... but I can't find anything suitable. When I use BB cream, I need something with more hydration, but then I end up using products that don't suit my skin. I recommend applying it generously to your face, letting it soothe your skin and your mind. I like to layer it 2-3 times or soak a cotton pad and leave it on my skin for a quick mask treatment. Houttuynia Cordata Care Toner is a staple I stock up on during every sale. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through. The volume and price are reasonable, and I love how gentle it is. With houttuynia cordata extract as a key ingredient, it's non-irritating and perfect for daily use. I didn't really experience any downsides while using it. However, those looking for a toner that also exfoliates dead skin cells might find it a bit lacking.
