A decent toner. It's better than the Green Tea Toner as it's more moisturizing, but it's just average. It's fine to use it in a mist bottle. It works well for packs or cleansing toners, but I used it as a moisturizing step after cleansing my face. The green tea water in it is best used that way. It's simple to spritz on the face and use other products, and it's also gentle to use on cotton pads for cleansing.
Cons
The price.. and there's no major benefit. And it's a big no-no to use it over makeup. It clumps.

The formula is moist but not sticky, and absorbs smoothly. It's not watery and runny, but still nicely hydrating. After absorption, there's no residue or greasiness - just a soft, supple feel. This type of formula can be hard to find, but it's a real gem. It excels at cleansing, absorbing, and every other function. (Using my 4th bottle now)

I've been using it as a toner, and it has great absorbency and does an amazing job at refining my skin texture!! There's no stickiness at all, so I can apply it multiple times without any issues..! It's a water-based toner and quite moisturizing, so it's a perfect fit for my sensitive and dry skin!
Cons
It seems to be sold only at Shicor, so I wish it was available at Olive Young as well ㅠㅠ But there's really no downside to the product! I'm completely satisfied.

I've been using the Claire's toner for years, and when the green tea toner came out, I tried it once. But while other green tea toners seemed fine, when I used this one, I got big pimples on my forehead and cheeks, and something like hives around my nose (I have sensitive skin, though). Also, the packaging itself doesn't seem to fit this toner very well. Since it's a watery formula and a large volume, I think a pump bottle would be a better fit.

After using it for about a month more, the skin condition improved, and it became a decent product. I'm revising the rating from two stars to three stars. However, I don't plan to repurchase it. I bought it after seeing the Dear Clears advertisement and purchasing it through the Naver Pay website. The shipping fee was disappointing, and the toner ran out quickly. There is no other skin with such a large capacity, gentle ingredients, and so many functions. I'm so sad about it ㅠㅠ When you soak a cotton pad with it and wipe your face, it becomes as moisturizing as a good cream ㅠㅠ Usually, after using a cleansing foam, your face feels tight, but this completely disappears when you use it !! The volume is also huge, so it's great to use as a cleansing toner or just apply it with your hands ㅠㅠ
