But I find the steam towel step too much of a hassle, so I just apply the treatment, divide my hair into five sections, and run my fingers through each section about 50 times from top to bottom. Even that, I skip when I'm feeling lazy, and just apply the treatment, put on a hair cap, and take a shower or do a face mask.

Definitely, my hair condition improves when I take the time to properly care for it.
