For me, reducing scalp heat was the most important, so I applied it to my scalp and massaged it in before drying my hair after washing. Then I used cool air to dry my hair starting from the scalp. This really amplifies the cooling effect.

I'm currently using a stock I bought during a sale, but the price is still quite high for the amount you get.

I also love that it contains Houttuynia Cordata and ginseng extracts, which give a refreshing sensation during the massage.
