While I'm not sure about its effect on inflammatory blemishes, it works wonders when gently applied to areas with small bumps or pustules. It's great for soothing the skin, and you can noticeably see the pimples shrink by the next day. It even seems to help reduce blackheads a bit! It's on the pricier side, and for those with oily skin, the ampoule can feel greasy. Also, when it comes in contact with blackheads and sebum on the nose, it unfortunately produces an unpleasant odor. For those with oily skin, avoid applying it all over your face. Instead, use it only on specific problem areas.
