Personally, I'd recommend applying it right after cleansing your face.

The fragrance was a bit strong, which was disappointing. The scent was similar to what you'd find in a clinic or hospital, which was surprising.

The texture is watery and has almost no viscosity, so it applies smoothly on the skin and absorbs well.
The ampoule packaging has a slightly bent dropper, making it very comfortable to apply on the skin.
As it is a whitening functional cosmetic, there was a slight brightening effect as well.

I was disappointed as I didn't feel any noticeable brightening, wrinkle, or elasticity improvement.
Instead of regaining a healthy skin condition, I developed skin troubles and had to stop using it. I then used it on my neck and body scars, but during the entire use of one bottle, there was no improvement in the pigmentation of the body scars, nor any improvement in the neck wrinkles or elasticity. In short, it was an exaggerated advertisement.

The texture is slightly viscous, not as watery as regular water, but not so thick that it drips when tilted on the back of the hand. In my opinion, the viscosity is just right for easy application on the skin.

The bent dropper tip might be for hygienic reasons. If that's the case, I think it's a good design choice. The bent shape made it convenient to apply the product on the skin.

It adheres to my hand a bit, but compared to other vitamin-based whitening products I've used that left an extremely sticky residue, this is still tolerable. As an ampoule, the price is a bit high. I'd be grateful if they offered discounts. But if you don't have sensitive skin, you might want to try a more potent product instead.
