You should thoroughly wet your hair and apply the hair pack, then wait 3-5 minutes before using any product, and you will be satisfied with the results!!!
I also saw reviews saying the pump part was broken, but the one I received came fixed in a box, so I'm glad that issue has been improved :)
It's also affordable and comes in a large size, so I'm satisfied. I plan to continue using it!
