First off, my scalp has long suffered from dandruff, itching, and inflammation due to genetic reasons. I've tried numerous scalp care salons over the past decade or so. Recently, at the Cheongdam branch of a scalp care salon, this pack was recommended to me. When I saw it on sale on the Doctor's Store website, I decided to give it a try. Scalp care salons typically have high prices due to the one-on-one service and use of various machines, often leading to pushy package sales. However, the staff at the Cheongdam branch were refreshingly different. They avoided pressuring sales tactics and instead took a gentle, customer-focused approach, which made me trust them. When they sincerely recommended this product, saying 'Many customers love it and often repurchase after trying it once,' I felt they genuinely had my best interests in mind. I had wanted to try it for a while but held off due to the price. I finally bought it during a sale for around $40, and I'm truly impressed. My scalp is very sensitive - if a product doesn't suit me, I immediately feel stinging, tightness, or itching. But with this, my scalp feels incredibly comfortable, and I can sense the hydration and nourishment reaching both my scalp and hair. Unlike rinses or conditioners, the texture is more like a facial mask you'd get at a dermatologist's office. It has a rich, emulsion-like consistency that's perfect for massaging into the scalp. I was surprised to find it works much better for scalp massage than shampoo. As someone with scalp issues, I've always had to be careful about keeping conditioners away from my scalp, which meant the roots of my hair often missed out on care. With this pack, I can nourish both my scalp and hair from root to tip simultaneously. After drying, I noticed my hair felt more manageable, as if I'd used a deep conditioner. It added moisture and nutrients, making my usually frizzy hair much smoother. You can even see the improvement in shine and texture in the second photo. I highly recommend this product! 1. I do wish the price could come down a bit. It seems these European scalp products are exclusively distributed through this specific scalp care salon and their online store, Doctor's Store. With rare discounts and no competition, the price remains inflated. 2. While the potentially irritating ingredients are not high on the list, it's disappointing to see several of them in the formula. For long-term use, it's important to consider overall health, so this is a concern. It would be great if they could improve this aspect of the product. 1. This isn't exactly a tip, but I'm not sure if this is the correct product page. The name is the same, but the container in the photo is different. It might be a repackaged version, but I couldn't find any search results with this exact container. I've written my review here, but if it needs to be moved to a different page, I'd appreciate help in preserving this detailed feedback. I'd hate to lose all this effort! 2. As shown in the first attached photo, you can use a label printer to note the opening date and the date 6 months later. This helps ensure you use the product while it's still fresh.
