It's moisturizing and doesn't feel tight. The experience is similar to the green version.
Cons
But with the green version, it didn't happen. After applying, it feels warm and breakouts appear on my forehead.

It seems like it's watery and easy to wipe off without any oiliness. Seems good.
Cons
I've never had this kind of experience with any other cosmetics, but when I wipe it off with this, my skin feels irritated and numb... So I can't use it. My skin isn't that sensitive, though. !?!

It's so moisturizing. I just applied this at night. I dipped it in cotton and lightly patted it on. Rubbed it in with my hands twice... It's shining and sparkling.
Cons
When I woke up the next day, I had skin irritation on my forehead that was itchy.. The small bumps were getting a bit bigger and turning red..
