(I totally fell for it, hook, line, and sinker!) And the packaging... It's so similar to that German vitamin Ortho*, I was reeled in once again.
ConsThis product completely wrecked my skin!!!!! When I first applied the mask, it seemed to absorb well into my skin. But I woke up in the middle of the night with severe deep dryness. Thinking the mask had been fully absorbed, I applied another one before going back to sleep... Oh my goodness, I experienced every possible skin discomfort imaginable... From the next day on, I kept waking up every night, with intense dryness, tingling, itching, burning sensation, swelling - I felt like I wanted to tear my face off like someone with a burn. My skin texture used to be flawless, but because of this product, it became rough and bumpy, reaching a point where it couldn't absorb anything I applied. I had never experienced blemishes from using cosmetics before, but my skin still hasn't recovered... The company only offered to compensate for the initial dermatologist visit. Even more absurd was when a company employee asked why I applied it again if I had a reaction the first time? If I had known my skin would react this way, of course I wouldn't have applied it again, especially since I don't usually have super sensitive skin. Then they demanded medical documentation (which I couldn't provide) as evidence, so both my dermatologist and I realized they were basically refusing to help. Haha. I guess this is why everyone uses products from big-name brands. I've certainly learned my lesson this time.
