I loved how it naturally evened out my skin tone and didn't leave my skin feeling dry It's a shame that it seems to be discontinued now. I really wish they would bring it back - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2020
*This is a review from The Hwahae Testers! 1. I liked this product because it's known for its gentle ingredients. 2. It's not drying but slightly moisturizing (recommended for dry skin). 3. The SPF 50 provides excellent sun protection! The downside is that it stings my eyes a bit. The scent might be polarizing. It might be a bit rich for summer use, so those with bangs should consider using it with powder. For oiliness - I recommend using it with powder. You can also use it alone if you don't have bangs. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 8, 2019
I'm usually cautious when choosing sunscreens because my skin can react badly if I use the wrong one. I bought this product because its ingredients are similar to the Real Barrier emulsion that works well for me. I've been using it for a few days after testing it out. First off, it doesn't cause any blemishes, which is great. When I use mineral sunscreens, I often get deep dryness leading to skin issues, but that doesn't happen with this one. It does feel a bit rich initially, but if you wait a bit before applying BB cream, it seems to absorb well. I think it also improves the longevity of my makeup and gives my complexion a brighter look! If you're not wearing makeup, it feels too rich to use on its own. Also, unless it's on sale, it's quite pricey for the amount you get! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 6, 2019
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I was looking to replace my mineral sunscreen that was drying me out. I'm pleased to say this one is less drying and more hydrating than my previous sunscreen. However, after just two hours, my face became excessively oily. After using it for two days, I noticed small blemishes appearing in various areas. This sunscreen seems highly unsuitable for oily skin types. I've only used it twice, but to avoid waste, I'll probably use it on my arms or neck instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 29, 2019
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found this product incredibly hydrating. It left my skin feeling moisturized without any deep dryness. It was such a comfortable experience! The only slight drawback might be the price. It's a bit on the expensive side. But honestly, that's the only issue I could find! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 27, 2019
Here's my review as an Acnes survey winner: ♡ Hydration As someone with combination dehydrated skin, no-sebum sunscreens were too drying and caused dead skin cells. But this one had just the right oil and moisture balance for me. Even after hours, it didn't feel greasy or dry. ♡ Texture & Application The texture was slightly runny, so I had to pat it in two or three times for it to absorb. Once applied, it felt light as if I wasn't wearing anything. No major blemishes either. ♡ Scent The fragrance was like a mix of pine and lemon - refreshing but a bit odd? However, it was subtle and faded quickly, so it wasn't an issue. I noticed it contains pore-clogging ingredients. While I didn't experience any blemishes, those with oily skin should be cautious. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJun 24, 2019
The absorbs feels like applying an oil essence. It glides on as lightly as a thin oil or essence would. It's deeply hydrating. It feels like applying a very light oil, or like a lightweight moisturizer mixed with a delicate oil. It leaves my face with a slight sheen due to its moisturizing properties. It's so hydrating that even dry lips feel nourished enough to skip lip balm. There's a slight white cast. It provides a subtle brightening effect due to the slight white tint. It's gentle and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It tends to clog pores. It really gets into the pores, especially when I apply it right after cleansing. It causes some eye irritation. I sometimes experience a stinging sensation in my eyes with very oily or rich products, so the oiliness of this product might be causing that discomfort. It leaves a slightly greasy finish. I only use this product after cleansing. It's incredibly hydrating. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 19, 2019
The makeup applies beautifully! I love that it has gentle ingredients and doesn't irritate my face at all. I'd recommend this for those with dry skin or anyone looking to combat deep dryness before applying makeup. There's no white cast, and it slightly evens out the complexion. I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is! I'm in my second week of use, and I haven't noticed any downsides yet! However, those with oily skin might find it a bit rich.
