It gives a natural-looking boost to the complexion.
ConsThe artificial fragrance may not suit everyone's taste. The 9,900 won price point seemed less cost-effective compared to other lip products. Mellow Rose is sold at Olive Young for the regular price of 9,900 won.

Solidified petroleum jelly. Anyone who has applied petroleum jelly to their lips knows that at first, it lifts up all the dead skin, making the peeling more noticeable. Now, if you remove all that dead skin, it will become smooth afterwards. It's the same with this product. So if you don't apply it, it can accentuate the peeling (and here it even has color, making it more noticeable). The color is the kind of shade I've been looking for lately (not too eye-catching, but a subtle MLBB) and it suits my skin tone well. It goes well with my bare skin and also with sunscreen that leaves a white cast. (I'm not good at makeup and can only manage to apply some organic sunscreen.) Usually, colors that suit my bare skin don't go well when I apply them again, but this one works well both before and after application. It's a salmon color, leaning more towards pink than orange. The texture is not sticky, but just before sticky, with a glossy surface that's not glittery, but the kind of shine you get when the skin reflects light after applying petroleum jelly. I didn't buy this for the moisturizing properties, but for the color, and since it turned out to be quite nice, the moisturizing aspect is not lacking at all. I just use it when cleansing with cleansing oil to help with exfoliation, and apply it to my lips when I put on face cream, instead of my usual matte lipstick. (I recommend this method to those with chronically dry lips. You don't need to make a fuss about just caring for your lips separately.) It's 9,900 won for 4.2g, but it's on sale for 5,900 won at Olive Young until the end of April 2021, so I bought it.
Cons- The fragrance is unnecessarily strong. It has an unpleasant artificial fruit-like scent. - It's annoying that the full ingredient list is not provided, so I have to contact customer service to inquire about it. Even the information they provide is somewhat dubious. There is no ingredient listing on the packaging, website, or anywhere else. What era are we in that they don't disclose the full ingredients? The ingredient list they personally provided me is the same as what's updated here. If they have nothing to hide, why act suspiciously? I've had severe cheilitis before, where my entire lips became thick, hard, painful, cracked, bleeding, and oozing. Even now, as an atopic person, my skin gets itchy and I scratch it when I eat the wrong things, and my rhinitis flares up badly when I catch a cold, to the point of disrupting my daily and social life. So I absolutely cannot have any allergen-triggering ingredients. I wish cosmetics companies would be more responsible and aware of these issues. ----------------------- < After 10 days of continuous use > My lips and the area around them are too painful and irritated. It's getting worse the more I apply it. I've tried using an immunosuppressant ointment along with it, but it's still not enough. I think I'll have to give up on this. I can usually use lipsticks well by carefully selecting them, and use them for a long time without issues. But this is a lip balm, and while they claim the surface ingredients are fine, the reality (as evident from what's happening to my lips) is clearly not the case. Just as I suspected from the start, when they don't disclose the full ingredients on the website, packaging, or anywhere, and only provide it personally when asked by consumers, it's not very trustworthy.

The rose color that comes up naturally is not as vivid and translucent as my original lip color.
ConsThe melon scent may be divisive. I felt it was an artificial fragrance, so it took me some time to get used to it.
