  To be honest, I don't really notice much difference in using shaving creams like Gillette, Nivea, gels, or foams. They all work well for me without any discomfort. So while the new 'Skin Protect' product has been released, it feels similar to the existing products. Foams have a richer, more bouncy lather compared to gels which have a smoother feel. My father prefers gels over foams.

  The foam is not too watery and has a fairly high density. So you can spread it out well without using too much. In that sense, the cost-effectiveness seems pretty good. As for the shaving part, my skin is dry, but I didn't feel like my skin became more dry or anything after shaving.
