Pros

The energizing spray was quite nice. After using it, I felt like my hair was falling out less, and there was no more scalp discomfort. The ingredients seem gentle. The design of the case is pretty.

Cons

I was hoping for a cooling sensation without any irritation, but it ended up being more irritating than I expected. My scalp became quite inflamed. Even though I have thick hair and my scalp felt hot and throbbing, from the crown to the back of my head, the menthol sensation was more irritating than I anticipated. While the shampoo and scalp scrubber were good, after using this 6-8 times and massaging my scalp, the intense burning sensation was too much to bear until it fully went away. I likely wouldn't repurchase this. If I had tested it first, I probably wouldn't have bought it. The formula may have enough of the active ingredients, but please make it gentler.

You should wash your scalp and face together, and then apply an essence or nourishment, as I've heard. I tried a product from another company, but it didn't work well and left my hair greasy. Luckily, I found this hair pack, so I decided to give it a try. As shown in the photo, it has a watery consistency that flows easily. The scent is like mint or herbs, and it has a cooling effect on the scalp that lasts for at least 20 minutes. Most importantly, it doesn't leave my oily scalp feeling greasy. The mist-like application is also great, as it doesn't spread all over but is optimized for applying directly to the scalp. And the best part is that it reduces the scalp odor that I used to have in the evenings.

On cold days, the cooling effect can make it feel chilly when you apply it.
