This energizing spray has some noticeable effects after use. I feel like I'm losing less hair, and there's no scalp discomfort after application. It has skin-friendly ingredients and comes in an attractively designed case. I was hoping for a cool, soothing effect without irritation, but it's more intense than I expected and really aggravates my scalp. I bought this because I have thick hair and scalp heat, with aching pain from the crown to the back of my head. While the shampoo and scalp scaler from this brand were good, after using this spray 6-8 times with a scalp massage, the menthol sensation is surprisingly harsh until it dries completely. The excessive burning sensation is too irritating for my scalp, making it difficult to wait until it dries. I won't be repurchasing. I wish I had tested it first. While the potent ingredients might be the cause, please consider reformulating for a gentler effect. I heard that the scalp needs essence and nourishment after washing, just like the face. I tried products from other companies, but they left a residue and weren't effective, so I stopped using them. Since Hwahae's hair pack was good, I decided to give this one a try. As you can see in the picture, it has a water-like texture that flows easily. The scent is minty or herbal, with a cooling effect that refreshes the scalp. This cooling sensation lasts for at least 20 minutes, not just 1-2 minutes. And most importantly, it doesn't leave a residue! As someone with an oily scalp, I'm always worried about applying products to my hair, but this doesn't leave any buildup. I also love the spray application. It doesn't disperse in all directions like a mist, but seems optimized for applying directly to the scalp. The best part is that it reduces scalp odor. I used to have a strong scalp smell by evening, but since using this, the odor is much less noticeable even at night. On cold days, the cooling effect can make you feel chilly when you spray it on.
