It's a cleanser that thoroughly cleans pores, so if you work up a good lather and massage it a bit longer than you would with a regular foam cleanser, you'll feel your skin getting cleaner. I use it primarily for deep pore cleansing, but surprisingly, it's also effective for managing dead skin cells.
ConsDespite its name as an enzyme powder, don't expect an extremely rich lather. The powder isn't particularly soft, so those with super sensitive skin should adjust usage accordingly. Some days, I found it slightly irritating, possibly because I didn't mix it well enough. It can be tricky to control the amount of powder that comes out. Since it's kept in the bathroom, the opening can get damp and clog up occasionally. Sometimes the area around the opening can oxidize and turn dark, so it's important to clean and dry the opening well after each use.
