If you're planning to use this in winter, I'd recommend applying a hydrating moisturizer first, then layering this on top for best results. In summer, you could probably use it on its own. As someone with atopic skin who has struggled a lot, this product really helped improve my skin condition.

It was inconvenient that I couldn't see how much product was left in the container.
