As it dries, you can feel it becoming quite drying on the skin (the most drying of any glitter product I've tried). When first applied, there's too much liquid, making it difficult to spread evenly - it tends to move around rather than blend nicely. After a while, it seems to settle into fine lines. It's not just that it feels dry, but it actually makes the skin look dehydrated. I believe I bought this from LaLa Blah for around $10.
