When the baby poops, I wipe it with water, spray it a few times with my hand, and then wipe the bottom. Then I rinse it again. There's no poop smell and the foam wipes off well, so it's good.
Cons
It's familiar now, but when pumping, I tend to drop it since I'm doing it with one hand.

Since it's a powder, if you turn the bottle upside down, it won't come out. There's no foaming, so there's no grittiness.
