As someone with a dry scalp, I felt that the cleansing power was a bit strong for me. And when I used this shampoo alone, my hair had a slightly straw-like feel, so I wanted to use another shampoo as well. But I didn't particularly notice anything bad for my scalp.
ConsThe hair may become stiff, but you can use a conditioner. I wouldn't recommend this to those with oily hair, as the cleansing power is quite weak.
TipI would recommend the first shampoo.

I also bought it for about half the price, so I don't feel bad about using it generously. Unlike other René Furterer shampoo lines, the Naturia line is meant for daily use, so there are no exfoliating beads. It's not a functional shampoo, but rather a good daily use product. The lather doesn't come out very well. If you're looking for more lather, you might want to try the Forticea or Astera lines. The lack of lather means I use a bit more product, but since there's a lot of it, it doesn't feel too wasteful. The cleansing power is just so-so, somewhere in the middle. The Forticea and Astera lines have much better lather and cleansing power, but they are also twice the price.
ConsThe lack of lather means I use a bit more product, which is a downside. If you're looking for deep cleansing, I'd recommend trying a different line. The ingredients aren't the most gentle. Even though there aren't a lot of added ingredients, over half of them have a high risk factor. I'll finish using what I have, but I'll look for something else next time.
