While it seems to work well for others, when I used this, my hair fell out a lot and there was no volume effect at all. Instead, it just weighed my hair down.
My scalp is not oily, dry, or sensitive - it's just a normal scalp. And my hair is a bit fine. Compared to other functional shampoos, this one just doesn't seem to work for me at all. If your hair is fine, it might be better to try a sample first.
