I need a lighter complexion, so I mix it with other products when applying.
ConsThe color seems too dark for me. It makes me look overly tanned... I don't think I'll use it often. I'll have to look for a different product.
TipI apply it together with CC cream... I don't have any special tips. Since it's dark, I have to mix it with other products when applying.

I have sensitive combination skin with a lot of areas to cover. At first, I was skeptical because it looked like a grayish BB cream, but when applied, there was no gray cast at all. It covered really well, felt hydrating, and even after being out for over 8 hours and wearing a mask, the staying power was so impressive that I didn't need to touch up!
ConsSince I have a darker complexion, the shade is a bit light, so applying too much can make you look a bit pale. However, it would be perfect for those with fairer skin!
TipSince it's a moisturizing BB cream, if you want to minimize transfer when wearing a mask, you might want to set it with some powder.

Even with a mask on, it barely budged except for the nose area. It's so gentle! I've used The Saem concealer before and it made my skin itchy and irritated - I couldn't wait to take it off. Other foundations also made me a bit itchy, but this one doesn't irritate at all. I can even wear it under a mask without any issues.
ConsThe color is too grayish. As someone who only uses foundation, I was really surprised when I first squeezed out this BB cream! Apart from the color, I didn't find any other downsides. It seems a bit pricey though. I received it as part of The Hwahae Testers program and used it for a few weeks. While I'm satisfied with the product, if I were spending my own money, I might add a bit more and buy something else.
TipIt's moisturizing and doesn't pill even when applied over emulsion! Those who dislike dry foundations will probably love this.

ConsThe grayish tint is too strong and doesn't match my complexion... It also sits on top of my skin without absorbing properly.

While hydrating, it has decent coverage, making it quite rich in texture. That's about all I can say for its positive aspects.
ConsThe color is outdated and ashy, which made me gasp. But since I received it, I decided to test it on my face anyway. Oh dear... I can't even bring myself to wear it for a quick grocery run near home. It's called 'Shiny Skin Color', but it's neither my natural complexion nor flattering. Instead, it leaves a hazy, dull finish. It reminds me of those early sunscreens or first-generation BB creams that, when applied incorrectly, would make you look tacky and chalky, as if your face was floating disconnected from your body.

It glides on like a dream, almost as if you're applying a luxurious cream. It applies smoothly without any patchiness, leaving your skin feeling hydrated. There's also decent coverage. A little goes a long way - you can cover your entire face with just a small amount. As someone who doesn't like a shiny face, especially in summer, I find that setting it with some powder helps with longevity.
ConsI was surprised by the grayish tone. I usually use shade 21, but this seems a bit dark for me. As time passes, it darkens even more, making my face appear duller. The biggest drawback is the lack of sun protection. I know we should apply sunscreen separately before makeup, but in this hot weather, layering sunscreen under foundation or cushion often leads to excess oil and makeup breakdown. That's why I sometimes skip sunscreen, which makes the absence of SPF in this product particularly disappointing.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThis is a review from The Hwahae Testers. - Skin type: Shade 21. Sensitive and dry. Prone to redness and itching on cheeks when using products with high oil content or incompatible ingredients. - Usual base makeup: I prioritize ingredients over coverage. With semi-matte bases, I rarely need touch-ups. I prefer foundation over cushions. I've enjoyed using a full bottle of Estée Lauder's Future... something. - Coverage: Decent coverage by my standards, but needs to be applied thinly. Being a BB cream and blemish balm, it has a strong grayish tone. Layering doesn't increase coverage, just adds a dull sheen. - Adherence: Due to my current poor skin condition, it doesn't adhere well when applied with fingers or brush. It adheres better when thinly applied with a damp beauty sponge. - Blemishes: No significant breakouts occurred.
ConsThe color is too gray. The coverage is a bit weak, so layering emphasizes the gray sheen instead of increasing coverage. As a blemish balm, it has a moisturizing texture. Right after application, the glow makes the skin look decent despite the somewhat low coverage. However, after about 2 hours, whether due to oil or the current weather, my face felt stuffy and my skin texture and pores became more noticeable. There was also some darkening.
TipIt's crucial to apply this product very thinly. The photo shows the result after two layers, which is just right. Don't be tempted to apply more! I recommend using a damp beauty sponge. It's great for quickly applying before short outings. My skin condition is terrible right now, so I plan to use it again once it improves.

I'm not really sure.
ConsThe color is gray. Gray, gray, gray. I don't know if anyone likes gray, but if you do, go ahead and use it... heh.

ConsThe color is just like cement, unfortunately. I have fair skin around shade 21-22, but when I apply this to my face, it looks like there's something seriously wrong with my complexion. It's absolutely not a shade you can wear on its own. These days, even BB creams have beautiful color payoffs like foundations, but this product seems to have given up on color altogether. You absolutely must mix it with another foundation to use it.

I loved how smoothly it glides on the skin. It's not too thick or too runny, making it really convenient to use. Since BB creams are meant to be applied with your hands, I think the absorption is what you notice most. Regarding coverage, while it's not specifically designed for high coverage, it does an excellent job at evening out the skin tone. I think that's the main goal of BB creams anyway. The coverage isn't too light, but for a beautiful makeup look, it's best to use BB cream or powder for tone correction and concealer for extra coverage. As for adherence, I found it a bit tricky to assess since I've been constantly wearing a mask lately. It makes your skin look fantastic, but it has the typical adherence you'd expect from a BB cream. Overall, what I loved most is how it beautifully corrects your complexion by one shade. When I first squeezed out a small amount, I worried it might be too dark, but once applied all over, it brightened my skin tone just right. It made my skin look so healthy! This seems perfect for showing off healthy-looking skin in summer without a mask.
ConsThe initial color when first applying was a bit startling. It looked quite dark, which made me worry it might apply too thickly. While it's not exactly a grayish tone, the seemingly thick color was a bit disappointing at first.
TipRegarding sunscreen, I accidentally applied the BB cream without sunscreen first, and my skin looked incredibly beautiful. (Of course, I can't skip sunscreen, so I applied it on top afterward.) Thanks to this experience, I started using it with a matte sunscreen. I noticed that using it with a very moisturizing sunscreen can compromise its adherence. When paired with a matte sunscreen, it creates a truly healthy skin appearance, making you look like you naturally have great skin.
