The switch from a glossy to a matte container has me seriously worried about hygiene. Even though I keep it by the bathroom sink and it's not in direct contact with water, the area between the lid and the container gets covered in reddish water stains and develops a slight odor. The only water contact is when I use slightly damp hands to dispense the product while washing my face. I've mentioned this issue to the store staff multiple times, but sadly there's been no improvement. I use the entire Amore Pacific skincare line, but I had to switch to a different cleanser after trying this one a few times because I just couldn't continue using it. It would be great if they could just change the container - the previous version and sample containers didn't have this problem! Apparently, many customers have complained about this, so why won't they change it? The store staff are all so kind and helpful, but please, just change the cleanser container!
