  I really want to praise the moisturizing power that this product delivers. I switched to this from using Darphin's oil (8 flower nectar), and honestly, even though Darphin is much more expensive, I can't tell a significant difference in effectiveness. Maybe Darphin smells a bit better...? But considering the volume, this level of hydration, and how well it absorbs, I think I'll be sticking with Fresh for a while. However, since I have dry skin, on particularly dry days I still need to use a hydrating essence to keep my skin from feeling parched. Anyway, it works great as a middle step after toner, or as a final touch after applying cream. Just two drops are enough, or three on really dry days! Oh, and I'm prone to blemishes, but this doesn't trigger breakouts either~

  Hmm, nothing really stands out as bad. I just wish they'd provide more specific usage instructions. It just says 'after cleansing,' but when exactly after cleansing is it best to apply...??

  I mainly used this during fall and winter, and applied it whenever my skin felt dry in spring and summer. I loved how it absorbs well into the skin, and I felt like my complexion was becoming healthier. While you don't see immediate changes, with consistent use, you can feel a hydration barrier forming on your skin.

  Cons

  It's not quite refreshing enough for spring and summer use, and can feel a bit heavy. That's why I only applied it when my skin was super dry during those seasons.

  Gentle, lightweight, and wonderful! It's not drying even when used right after toner without any other creams.

  Pros

  I mixed a drop or two with my usual moisturizer. Comparing my skin before and after use, it felt much less tight and better overall after using it. The longer I used it, the healthier my skin seemed to become. I have atopic dermatitis and acne, but I didn't feel like these conditions worsened. However, using the oil alone or applying too much actually made my skin worse. It's best to use the oil sparingly as a supplement to your cream. Use just a tiny amount. Remember, too much of a good thing can be harmful!

  Cons

  This is the most effective oil product I've used so far. I'm still using it regularly. However, I was a bit surprised when I checked the ingredients on Hwahae. I didn't expect so many potentially harmful ingredients. I think consumers need to make their own judgment on this.

  Tip

  Don't use it alone - mix it with your existing moisturizing emulsion or cream. And don't use more than two drops. Using it alone or applying too much can actually cause blemishes. Please keep this in mind!

  I bought this in New York at a relatively lower price compared to Korea. During this changing season, I often mix a drop or two with my usual foundation or cream. It really helps with hydration, so I've been using it frequently lately.

  Considering the brand's reputation, I didn't find it particularly gentle. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it contains quite a few unfavorable ingredients, which is somewhat disappointing. I don't think I'll be repurchasing.
