  The texture is not watery, but rather a milky toner. As someone with extremely oily skin, I find that using toners with too much hydration often causes my oil production to explode. However, this toner seems to deeply hydrate my skin from within after cleansing, when oil has been stripped away. It feels like it's filling my skin with moisture, which actually helps reduce oil secretion!

  Cons

  I haven't found any disappointing aspects yet...!!!!

  I really appreciate Belif's signature herbal scent. I also found it effective in smoothing out my skin texture while keeping it hydrated.

  After using a sample, I opened the full-size product. About ten days into using it, I started noticing tiny bumps appearing all over my face, like little grains. They weren't pustules and didn't itch, but they covered every area - forehead, chin, around the mouth - without exception. Since the skin reaction didn't occur immediately, I didn't suspect the toner at first and continued using it for another week. However, the blemishes kept getting worse. After considering potential causes, I decided to stop using this product.

  Tip

  Make sure to carefully check the ingredients before purchasing. I'm now wondering what to do with the remaining product - maybe I'll use it on my body in the dead of winter.

  This is a toner with a nice viscosity. It's moisturizing and has great hydrating power, so I've made it a staple in my routine. I have dry and sensitive skin that's prone to blemishes with even the slightest irritation, but I'm satisfied because this product doesn't cause any issues at all.
