Pros
When you have skin troubles, you should definitely buy this product. I usually get pimples, acne, and similar issues on my chest and back, especially during seasonal changes, but this product makes them disappear completely. Since it's not sold in Korea, I just order it directly online. If you can, I recommend using this together with a body cleanser - the effects will be even better. I've realized that the cleanser also plays a big role.

Pros
I've had issues with bacne (back acne) and arm pit acne since my teenage years, and it was stressful every summer. A friend who went on a trip to Japan introduced me to Getchya, and I heard good things about its effectiveness, though I didn't have high expectations. But it actually works! However, you do need to apply it consistently and frequently.
Cons
It's a spray bottle, but the spray power doesn't seem that great. It kind of just bursts out all at once. The price is outrageously evil. It looks just like regular water, but at 30,000 won, I feel guilty using it and end up wincing while applying it. To see results, you really have to apply it diligently every day. And for areas like the back, the spray makes it tricky to apply on your own.
Tip
You can spray it onto a cotton pad and gently dab or wipe it onto areas like the forearms.

Among all the products I've tried so far to get rid of my acne, this one has been the most effective. I've tried all the domestic products, such as mists, seaweed soaps, centella soaps, body brushes, and Stridex, that are said to be good for acne, and this is one of the most effective products.
Cons
Japanese product... My back acne gets worse every summer, and using the Orbis body wash and body spray together worked really well, but why did it have to be a Japanese product?

*This is a review of my second use* I bought it through a direct purchase from Japan after seeing a video saying it was effective for acne. It has a strong alcohol scent, and when I checked the ingredients, it contains ethanol, so that's right. That's why when I spray it on my body, it feels refreshingly cooling at first. And the scent is not as strong as a dedicated acne cosmetic product. I spray it before and after showering whenever I remember, but honestly, there wasn't any dramatic effect.
