This product is a game-changer for those with darker complexions. Even when exploring high-end brands with a wide range of shades, it's often disappointing when the colors don't quite match once applied. But Vivanova truly complements darker skin tones beautifully. 

Without any yellow undertones, it has a slight redness that enhances your natural flush, making you look healthier. The coverage is absolutely stellar. For best results, use a puff to gently pat and blend it in - it's perfect! 

I absolutely detest makeup that makes your face look unnaturally bright and disconnected from your body, but this product ticks all the boxes - color match, coverage, and staying power. It's a total winner!

I think it's essential to have a solid skincare routine as a base before applying this product.

It can be a bit tricky to use at first. If your base is slightly dry, it's not easy to spread evenly. This is likely due to its high-coverage, matte formula.

High coverage, diverse shades, and a matte finish are its strong points. The color has a reddish undertone that would suit those with a tan. Its high coverage means you can achieve great results with just a small amount.

Unlike traditional Korean products, patting this on vigorously will result in 100% failure. Instead, dot the product on your face first, then blend it out. Always ensure your skin is well-hydrated before application.

During initial use, not being familiar with the application technique led to a thick appearance and occasional blemishes that looked like mosquito bites on my sensitive skin. An adjustment period is necessary. While it may not be the gentlest formula, I continue using it because the finish and color match are so perfect.

In Korea, cushion foundations typically come in just 2 or 3 shades - usually 21, 22, or 23. The truth is, our skin tones rarely fit perfectly into these limited options, and the shades recommended by brands often look artificial (either too pale or too yellow). BB Nova, however, offers freedom in shade selection. They even have dark shades suitable for people of color, bodybuilders, and surfers. For someone like me who enjoys tanning, shade 3 Doré is perfect (they start from shade 0). It seamlessly blends with my face and neck, with such high staying power that touch-ups are rarely needed.
