  The adhesion and appropriate glow make it feel like it's blending into the skin. 21 is a little brighter, 23 is like my own skin. I bought both and mixed them.   I'm so incredibly satisfied! On the morning of the new year, I rushed to apply it and then just lounged around at home without any touch-ups, and when I looked in the mirror after waking up, I was amazed that there was no sagging or puffiness at all. There was no darkening either! I'm so moved. I fell in love with it then, and have been alternating between that and other products since, but on the days I use this, I always get compliments on how bright my skin looks.
