It's a serum. When applied to the face, it initially feels slightly sticky, but as it absorbs further, the skin becomes soft and supple~. Personally, I really enjoy this usage experience!!☺️ This serum doesn't evaporate as quickly as other moisturizing serums, which I liked, and I think it's because of the collagen content. The collagen isn't strong enough to provide a noticeable firming effect, but it does seem to help maintain moisture. That's why the name includes the 'collagen' wording. 🔹️Moisture and hydration To be honest, as a severely dry-skinned person, I've always felt that products touting 'moisture' fell a little short for me... but this one!
