It's filled to the brim and with its foam pump, it should last quite a while. When the package arrived, I was relieved to see the pump cap intact, thanks to the careful bubble wrap packaging inside the box. 1. Safe Ingredients With all ingredients rated EWG Green, it's a safe product. While it's impossible to avoid all synthetic chemicals, I always check the full ingredient list when choosing products. The Mafuren Soft Bubble Shampoo & Bath seems like a safe choice. After all, safety comes first, especially for little ones! 2. Large Volume The hefty size means it'll last a long time. The photo shows the amount from one pump. I usually use about 2 pumps for hair and 2-3 for body per wash. I thought it might run out quickly, but the foam pump actually uses less product compared to gel or liquid formulas. 3. User Experience Being mildly acidic, it seems gentle on baby skin. After rinsing, there's a slight moisturized feeling rather than a squeaky clean sensation. The foam is soft, minimizing irritation during use. It has a subtle herbal scent that dissipates after washing, which I prefer. Since synthetic fragrances are often rated as high-risk by EWG, it's best to choose fragrance-free products for babies. 4. Foam Formula Unlike regular body washes that require lathering with a washcloth, this foam formula can be applied directly with your hands. It's so convenient! Our 4-year-old and 2-year-old love pressing the pump and rubbing the foam on their bodies, making shower time quite busy!
ConsThe downside is that its large size makes it a bit difficult to carry around as a travel-sized option. When used for hair washing, it can leave a slightly dry feeling. This is probably because skin and hair have different needs.
TipYou can use it directly with your hands, no washcloth needed. The foam formula is great for bubble baths too - the kids love it!

It feels substantial when you first hold it. 2. Rich lather from just one pump! Perfect for immediate use. 3. Subtle fragrance that doesn't linger after rinsing. 4. Safe for kids and makes shower time quick. The abundant foam makes it easy to wash children by hand. 5. Kids love it! No need for a loofah, saving you time and effort.
ConsAs my child has very dry skin, I tested it on both of us: 1. Drying effect: After showering, skin felt quite dry. I had to rush to apply emulsion on my child. 2. Leaves hair feeling rough: Though it's an all-in-one product, it's not ideal for adult hair. My child's hair felt a bit straw-like. 3. No lingering scent: While the foam has a subtle scent, it doesn't last after rinsing. Some might dislike this lack of fragrance. 4. Foam consistency means faster use: The rich lather is nice, but it might mean you'll go through the product quicker.
TipMy child has sensitive skin, so we've tried many bath products. This one, being mildly acidic, didn't cause any blemishes. However, it did leave the skin feeling a bit dry after showering. Despite this, it didn't seem to disagree with my child's skin, so we might stick with it for baths. For shampooing, we'll probably use a separate product.
