The low pH is great. Unlike other low pH shampoos that made my hair fall out excessively, this one doesn't cause much hair loss. I love the minty scent.
I can't think of any particular downsides. It's a product I'm satisfied with. When first using a low pH shampoo, many people might find their hair feels stiff.
