I'm on my third bottle of Cheon Mi-ri shampoo. You can get it at a great price when it's on sale on social media. It has a lovely scent and a cooling effect. It lathers up incredibly well. The ingredients are trustworthy. I've noticed less hair fall. I tried other regular shampoos after using this, but I came right back to it. It keeps my scalp from getting oily too quickly. It's not great for damaged or color-treated hair. It leaves your hair feeling extremely dry. If you wash twice, it's unbearably dry. You'll definitely need to use a conditioner with this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 14, 2021
Great value for money. My hair loss symptoms have stopped getting worse. My hair feels a bit stiff after washing (though this could be because I'm not rinsing thoroughly enough). - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 28, 2020
It cools down the scalp nicely. Highly recommended for those with oily hair. Great for people with short hair, but if you have long hair, you'll need to use a conditioner. Using this shampoo without conditioner can make your hair feel stiff. You might need to use a bit more product than usual. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 2, 2020
As someone who loves a refreshing feel, I really enjoy the strong cooling effect. I bought it for hair loss prevention and improving hair texture, but after using it for about a month, I'm not sure if I see any results yet... The scent is really disappointing. I didn't have high expectations for hair texture since it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, but the product description claims it helps with hair texture too. However, that's not the case at all. It actually makes my hair feel stiff. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAug 11, 2020
The menthol ingredient gives a refreshing sensation after rinsing. It lathers up really well. It seems to make my hair a bit stiff. I'd recommend alternating it with another shampoo. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinMay 25, 2020
After washing my hair, my scalp feels refreshingly cool and it lathers up really well! Since it's a scalp shampoo, it can make the hair feel a bit stiff - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 9, 2020
Personally, this product lasts a long time. The texture is rich and the lather is bouncy. It soothes and cools the scalp, making it perfect for summer use. I've heard it even helps prevent hair loss. The volume and price are great, and it has excellent cleansing effectiveness. After pregnancy and childbirth, my scalp was a mess. Eating greasy or spicy foods would immediately cause blemishes, tingling, itching, and sensitivity on my scalp. Using this product has reduced these issues. While some other products worked well at first but lost effectiveness after a month or two, leaving me with itching and no results, I've been using this for four months now. Despite its cooling sensation, it feels gentle, not harsh! I've really grown to love this product. Personally, I enjoy how it cools not just my scalp but also my neck and back when I wash my hair standing up. However, if you have sensitive skin, it might be better to wash your hair and body separately! Using this product can make your hair feel stiff. After using it, I noticed my hair tangled more frequently. You might need to use a separate conditioner. When shampooing, if you breathe through your mouth, you'll notice a strong menthol scent. Pre-shampooing can enhance the results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 28, 2020
Although it's marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I bought it after hearing it's good for oily scalps. The lather is better than expected, and it effectively removes excess oil. I found washing my hair every other day was sufficient. The consistency is just right - not too runny. While the menthol sensation is strong, I enjoy that cooling effect, so it was pleasant for me. After washing, my hair feels a bit stiff, so a conditioner is necessary. Also, it seems a bit pricey. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2020
I'm on my second bottle now. The quantity is so generous that I've barely finished one. I bought it during a 1+1 sale. I have shoulder-length hair that gets visibly oily after two days and becomes matted after three. The oilier it gets, the more hair I lose. My hair is thin and naturally sparse. I also get slight scalp blemishes. The shampoo has a white, somewhat viscous texture. One pump seems to dispense more than other shampoos, perhaps due to the large bottle size. Usually, one pump is enough, but when my hair is particularly matted, it doesn't lather well. Still, I'd say it produces a decent amount of foam overall. What I love most is the refreshing sensation when washing - it's so cooling! It might be a bit intense for those with sensitive skin. Personally, regular shampoos used to make my scalp incredibly itchy. This one doesn't cause itching, which is great. Also, it's reduced my scalp blemishes! If I scrub the affected areas thoroughly, it helps alleviate the problem. I used to get blemishes on the back of my neck quite often, but they've become rare since using this. As for hair loss prevention, which is crucial, I can't say my hair has become thicker or more voluminous. However, I do notice less hair fall during and after washing compared to regular shampoos. I recently tried another brand's anti-hair loss shampoo, which made me realize how much better this product is at reducing shedding. The scent is... well, it's hard to describe. It's an artificial fragrance that I don't particularly like. The shampoo seems to leave the hair feeling a bit stiff. When rinsing, my fingers don't glide through easily, and I've almost pulled my hair a few times. After drying, it's harder to brush through - it's like my hair becomes puffy? I'm not sure how to explain it. Using a separate treatment helps, though! Just conditioner wasn't enough. Here's a tip for when your hair is so matted that the shampoo won't lather: 1. Soften your scalp with warm water 2. Use a small amount of shampoo first 3. Rinse and then apply more shampoo You probably knew all this already, right? Sorry! Some say it still cleans even without lather, but for me, if it doesn't foam up, it feels like my hair isn't getting properly cleaned. It would get oily again in just one day, with blemishes as an added bonus.
