This semi-matte foundation offers excellent coverage and creates a high-end skin texture, giving you that coveted porcelain skin look! First off, I'm really impressed with the coverage. It does a great job of concealing blemishes and redness. The pore and texture coverage is also quite decent! What I love most is that despite its good coverage, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Plus, for a foundation, it seems to have pretty good ingredients. The shade range seems to run a bit dark. I have a 22 shade skin tone, and even though I bought shade 2 expecting it to be dark, it's still too orange and dark for me. The combination of orange tones and darkness makes my skin look dull when used alone! I guess I'll have to mix it with other foundations. The fragrance is also quite strong, which might not be ideal for those sensitive to scents. And... why is such a great product being discontinued? During the chilly autumn days, a super matte finish can lead to skin cracking and make touch-ups challenging. For a flawless look, start by applying a generous amount of moisturizer. Then, use a damp sponge to apply a thin layer of foundation. Finally, set any oily areas with powder. This technique will give you a polished and fresh complexion that lasts! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 4, 2020
It covers blemishes and pores well, and while it's labeled as matte, it actually feels velvety on the outside and moisturizing on the inside. As someone with dry skin who usually can't wear matte foundations, this one doesn't flake and I love it. Plus, it fades beautifully throughout the day. I'm planning to buy the lightest shade to mix with this one. I usually wear shade 23, so I bought the darkest color, but I was surprised by how dark it actually was. It matches my skin tone so perfectly that it startled me... So now I'm mixing it with a lighter foundation. Sometimes when I just want to cover a few spots, I use it alone. Another downside is that with all the mask-wearing lately, it seems to transfer more than other foundations. If you apply a makeup fixer, do your makeup, and then finish with a setting powder, it won't transfer as much to your mask and your makeup will last longer.
